Who am I? And how did I become a Life Coach? Well, I’m someone who helps people understand life a little better. I don’t promise instant happiness, health, or wealth—but I do work to guide people toward self-improvement, healthier relationships, and living a more fulfilling life.
When I began to understand my own journey, I asked myself: What is the purpose of my life? It was through psychology and writing children’s books that I found my answer. In those moments, I discovered my path—the burning joy in my heart that told me I was doing what I was meant to do. I found my purpose: helping others, whether it’s adults or young people, overcome obstacles and thrive. And for children, writing books that shape their hearts and minds while they're young, before it’s too late, is my mission.
Where do you START
Sometimes, asking for help can be tough. Going to a psychologist, life coach, or therapist might feel embarrassing, but it’s one of the best steps you can take when you’re struggling to find the way. You don’t have to carry the weight alone. Sometimes, simply writing your problems down on paper can lighten the load. Letting your thoughts out into the world, even if it’s just on paper, can help you breathe a little easier and illuminate your path.
And remember—you don’t have to face it all by yourself. Reach out to a friend, drop me an email, or just talk to someone who can listen. It’s amazing how simply letting it out can make you feel a little better. We’re all in this together.
So, if you ever feel the need to reach out, feel free to send me an email. I may not reply right away, but I will get back to you as soon as I can. My appointment slots may also be a little further out, so please be patient. I truly appreciate your understanding.
The Psychological give-and-take strategy
You won’t find any free PDFs, giveaways, or sign-up forms asking for your email just so I can send you endless newsletters and offers that you’ll likely unsubscribe from in a few months. My goal is genuinely to help others, not to overwhelm you.
When signing up for freebies, it's important to remember the psychological give-and-take strategy. You’re getting something valuable for free, but in return, you’re usually sharing something too—like your email address or personal details. While the freebie might seem tempting, consider what you’re giving up and whether it’s worth it.
So, what do I hope from you?
As mentioned on my Books page, my books are on the way, and I’m currently in search of a literary agent, editor, and publisher to bring them to life. While that journey unfolds, you can listen to free audio previews of my books. I’d love to hear your thoughts—just drop me an email with your feedback!
But more than that, I’d be thrilled if you could join me on this creative and mindful adventure. Follow me on Instagram, Twitter (X), and Facebook as I navigate the exciting world of social media. I’m new to it all, but I want to share my journey and ideas with a wider audience. The more people I can reach, the more chances we have to connect, inspire, and help others through my content.
So, if you are looking for a Life Coach, taking the first step toward personal growth and transformation is easier than ever with online life coaching sessions via Zoom.
